Job Summary

Own creative direction and elevate craft for complex products across social and ad campaigns, helping define what “high-converting and on-brand” means. Lead and govern a scalable design system in Figma, shaping typography, composition, and digital standards, while setting motion and micro-interaction practices. •Own the craft standard across typography, composition, and digital design, reviewing and elevating work across the team.
•Develop concept-driven creative platforms that unify storytelling across touchpoints and support team-wide ideas.
•Act as a senior creative voice with marketing, product, and external partners to shape 360° campaigns from strategy to execution.
•Contribute to and govern the design system in Figma, set motion/micro-interaction standards, and mentor others while championing AI workflows.
