Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support hiring for strategic technical roles in the UK, including AI/ML, infrastructure & compute, software engineering, product, and leadership hires.
  • •Partner with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and hiring priorities.
  • •Build long-term networks of engineers, founders, operators, and technical leaders across the UK AI and technology ecosystem.
  • •Identify and attend relevant meetups, conferences, and industry events to find and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
  • •Use creative outreach methods to reach exceptional people, including those not actively looking for roles.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar role.
  • •Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the UK.
  • •Experience recruiting within AI/ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or another highly technical environment.
  • •Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.
  • •Strong network (or evidence of building one) and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving startup.
