Key Responsibilities

•Design, integrate, and validate complex Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments for military training, education, and operational planning objectives.
•Analyze existing M&S infrastructures and build scalable system-of-systems architectures to meet evolving mission requirements.
•Identify technical gaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectural approaches balancing capability, cost, and risk.
•Translate operational military planning, Joint doctrine, and TTPs into simulation requirements, scenario designs, and technical execution plans.
•Provide technical leadership for the design, integration, and delivery of advanced simulation, wargaming, and training solutions, including tiered exercises up to JAOC activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Demonstrated ability to analyze technical infrastructures and design scalable system-of-systems architectures.
•Experience translating Joint doctrine, military planning concepts, and TTPs into simulation requirements and technical solution designs.
•Experience ensuring doctrinal accuracy and operational realism within Modeling and Simulation environments.
•Knowledge of systems integration, enterprise architecture, and complex technical environments.
