Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and physical failure analysis for device anomalies, customer returns, and qualification failures.
  • •Use advanced FA tools (FIB/EDX, SEM, Ion Millers, CSAM, 2D/3D X-ray, Emmi systems, micro-prober, bench tester) to investigate failure mechanisms.
  • •Analyze test data failures using Bash/Python scripting in a Unix environment and interpret electrical/physical signatures.
  • •Collaborate with process owners and Product teams to drive improvement actions, develop new FA techniques, and reduce turnaround time.
  • •Ensure lab safety and +6S standards, maintain detailed FA reports/traceability records, present findings to MRB and cross-functional teams, and guide FA technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Baseline digital fluency and responsible use of AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
