Build and operate an AI-powered content engine to accelerate and standardize content creation, adaptation, approval, and distribution. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and continuously improve AI agents, automations, and workflows for content creation, adaptation, approval, and distribution.
•Review and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, on-brand quality, and commercial effectiveness.
•Create and deploy content across social media, paid advertising, blogs, website pages, GEO, email, video, and internal/external communications.
•Own the day-to-day operation of the AI-powered content engine and develop reusable prompts, templates, knowledge bases, and frameworks.
•Plan and execute integrated campaigns across teams, repurpose and personalize content by audience and region, and measure performance to improve output efficiency.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in content or campaign marketing, editing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS/technology.
•Experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing environment.
•Experience building AI workflows, automations, agents, or repeatable content production systems.
•Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgment across multiple formats and audiences.
•Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
