•Define and execute a multi-year hybrid roadmap blending classical NLP precision with LLM reasoning across product lines.
•Design evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks to balance accuracy with latency, cost, and enterprise reliability.
•Improve core rules-based and ML systems to advance topic detection, sentiment analysis, and maintainability for legacy customers.
•Lead, scale, and set operational priorities for a team of product managers across text analytics portfolios.
•Partner cross-functionally with engineering, applied science, data privacy, and product marketing to ship compliant, marketable features.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in product management, including directly managing, coaching, and developing other product managers.
•Experience building and shipping NLP, text analytics, machine learning, or AI-powered enterprise software at scale.
•Deep understanding of classical ML/NLP techniques (e.g., topic modeling, classification) and modern LLM methods (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation metrics).
•Experience balancing trade-offs such as cost, latency, accuracy, and explainability for production ML/LLM systems.
•Experience building cost, latency, and performance models for large-scale production deployments of ML or LLM systems.
