Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise client implementations from kickoff through launch.
•Coordinate cross-functional onboarding efforts with clients, stakeholders, engineering, operations, and leadership.
•Help clients map and improve related workflows and operational processes.
•Build implementation plans, documentation, and repeatable onboarding frameworks.
•Troubleshoot complex client issues spanning systems, workflows, data, and operational processes.

Key Requirements

•Have 5-8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer operations, client success, solutions consulting, project management, or related roles.

•Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
•Experience in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, payments, risk, fraud, or operational workflows is helpful.
