Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key categories including compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs), networking, cooling, and data center services
•Negotiate and execute vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and hardware purchase contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms
•Build and manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers, maintaining robust qualification and performance management frameworks
•Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure contracts align with technical requirements, financial targets, and risk policies
•Drive cost reduction initiatives and track savings against procurement budgets on a quarterly and annual basis

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
•5–8 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years managing direct spend categories in a technology or infrastructure environment
•Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar vendor contracts
•Experience with sourcing GPU/AI accelerator hardware, servers, or data center infrastructure strongly preferred
•Proficiency with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar) and ERP platforms
