Job Summary

Design and build LLM-powered systems for cybersecurity automation, focusing on retrieval workflows, context management, agent prompts, and structured output pipelines. Orchestrate AI workflows with LangChain or LlamaIndex and integrate them with product APIs and backend services. Iterate on prompt strategies, track real-world evaluation metrics (usefulness, factual correctness, latency, and UX impact), and deploy scalable, observable solutions with performance and cost efficiency in mind.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build LLM-powered systems, including retrieval workflows, context management, agent prompts, and structured output pipelines.
•Orchestrate AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks and integrate with product APIs and backend services.
•Drive prompt engineering and iteration to improve product quality and reliability.
•Manage real-world evaluation metrics such as usefulness, factual correctness, latency, and UX impact.
•Collaborate with product, platform, and backend teams and develop reliable, scalable deployments with performance, cost efficiency, and observability in production.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year building AI in production.
•BS in Computer Science (or related); Masters is a plus.
•Demonstrated experience using LLMs in production workflows or complex prototypes.
•Strong coding in Python (or equivalent) with familiarity in backend frameworks and cloud services.
•Experience with API integrations, database systems, scalable architectures, and vector DB/RAG workflows.
