Job Summary

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, including LLMs, while designing prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy and reliability. Prototype and iterate AI applications in Python, integrate them securely with enterprise systems via APIs, and build end-to-end data pipelines (structured and unstructured) using vector databases and semantic search. Deploy and scale AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP using DevOps/MLOps practices, ensuring compliance, security, and responsible AI outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify high-value AI use cases, assess feasibility, prototype innovative ideas, and deliver successful pilot projects.
•Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models (including LLMs), optimizing prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
•Translate business needs from stakeholders/clients into actionable AI solutions and intelligent automation.
•Integrate AI solutions securely with enterprise systems and platforms (CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, collaboration software) via API development.
•Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and deploy/scale AI solutions in cloud environments using DevOps and MLOps, ensuring compliance, security, and privacy.

Key Requirements

•Advanced understanding of AI, NLP, and machine learning principles, including selecting, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs/SLMs.
•Strong Python proficiency for AI prototyping, integration, and model implementation using relevant frameworks.
•Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing AI model performance for accuracy and reliability.
•Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying/scaling AI workloads.
•Experience building data pipelines and managing structured/unstructured data using vector databases and semantic search.
