Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure scheduled shipments are received and parked in designated areas.
  • •Verify received inventory matches packing lists, purchase orders, invoices, and production/expiry batches.
  • •Enter goods received into the system using SAP (MIGO) and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • •Oversee expiry-approaching inventory segregation and ensure inventories are kept in designated areas.
  • •Oversee loading into trucks accurately and prepare/verify trip sheets, invoices, and credit notes for damaged/expiry goods; ensure warehouse temperature controls and document maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate/equivalent qualification.
  • •2-3 years of experience in an equivalent role.
  • •Inventory and SAP experience (including MIGO).
  • •Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrates leadership and decision-making skills.
