Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for the core application, producing wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and feature prioritization using design thinking and user research.
  • •Align cross-functional stakeholders (product managers and engineers) by communicating design vision and rationale.
  • •Prepare and run workshops to translate user needs and requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • •Conduct usability testing and work with front-end developers to implement design specifications with high fidelity.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product design (UX/UI) experience with 2+ years leading design teams; portfolio of work on software applications is essential.
  • •Bachelor’s or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Strong strategic product thinking with user-centered design principles and ability to connect design to user problems and business impact.
  • •Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •Proven experience with usability testing and user research methodologies, plus strong communication and facilitation skills.
