Key Responsibilities

•Identify and onboard potential Fashion merchants, including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partner education, and account planning.
•Own and drive GMV targets through data analysis, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
•Analyze Fashion market trends and subcategory performance to identify priorities and growth opportunities for brand partners.
•Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to support partners with content on the platform.
•Own internal projects and propose initiatives to improve the ecommerce ecosystem and maintain competitiveness.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese to work with Chinese internal teams in Mainland China, with fluency in Spanish and English for local stakeholder collaboration.
•Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Logical thinking and analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
•Strong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, including consumer demands and mobile/digital evolution.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and learn fast with a strong can-do attitude.
