Key Requirements

  • •10+ years work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience at a large management consulting firm (or equivalent).
  • •Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, plus experience using financial indicators to measure performance and ROI.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes, including products/services, business systems/processes, and card issuing.
  • •Experience managing individuals and consulting teams, with excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
