•Manage a sales pipeline for targeted clients and sell consulting engagements against aggressive revenue goals.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic objectives and advocating for VCA offerings.
•Lead consulting initiatives as the main source of strategic insight and direction for the team.
•Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, drive growth, and guide client priorities.
•Build scalable solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and consulting frameworks that help clients grow portfolios and customer engagement.

Key Requirements

•10+ years work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.

•Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, plus experience using financial indicators to measure performance and ROI.
•Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes, including products/services, business systems/processes, and card issuing.
•Experience managing individuals and consulting teams, with excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
