Job Summary

Provide subject-matter expertise to support change delivery by creating functional and non-functional solution artefacts. You’ll identify, assess, and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business strategy, processes, and technology architecture. Lead business process and systems analysis, facilitate workshops with IT and third parties, coordinate incident resolution, and plan/execute UAT while producing end-user documentation and communications. Drive continuous improvement of products and services using requirements to enhance design and provisioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Support change delivery by creating functional and non-functional solution artefacts and documenting requirements and specifications throughout the project life cycle.
•Conduct business process and systems analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses to create project proposals aligned to business objectives and technology roadmaps.
•Lead workshops with IT and third-party suppliers to translate end-user needs into pragmatic solutions and act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
•Manage system incidents with the project team and coordinate scenarios and UAT to verify system changes meet project specifications.
•Create and maintain end-user documentation and communications on system enhancements while monitoring production performance and system integrity.

Key Requirements

•ITIL Practitioner and Agile Practitioner credentials, ideally with external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis.
•Experience working across the software development lifecycle with structured business systems analysis, including data modelling and design skills.
•Ability to design and document business processes and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, including managing expectations and explaining technical detail.
•Experience with configuring system settings, testing functionality and new releases.
•Ideally have financial services experience with financial advice practice management systems such as Xplan, Intelliflo, 360 lifecycle or similar.
