Key Responsibilities

  • •Support change delivery by creating functional and non-functional solution artefacts and documenting requirements and specifications throughout the project life cycle.
  • •Conduct business process and systems analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses to create project proposals aligned to business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • •Lead workshops with IT and third-party suppliers to translate end-user needs into pragmatic solutions and act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
  • •Manage system incidents with the project team and coordinate scenarios and UAT to verify system changes meet project specifications.
  • •Create and maintain end-user documentation and communications on system enhancements while monitoring production performance and system integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •ITIL Practitioner and Agile Practitioner credentials, ideally with external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis.
  • •Experience working across the software development lifecycle with structured business systems analysis, including data modelling and design skills.
  • •Ability to design and document business processes and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, including managing expectations and explaining technical detail.
  • •Experience with configuring system settings, testing functionality and new releases.
  • •Ideally have financial services experience with financial advice practice management systems such as Xplan, Intelliflo, 360 lifecycle or similar.
