Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate Bay activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • •Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and troubleshoot equipment issues with maintenance.
  • •Ensure equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operated according to SOPs; maintain production records and metrics.
  • •Assist the supervisor with the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and reporting shift production summaries.
  • •Lead staff recruiting, selection, training, coaching/counseling, and enforce safety and quality control procedures, inspections, and 5S housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in manufacturing/mechanical fields is preferred.
  • •Proven experience in manufacturing or a similar role within the plastics industry.

  • •Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organization/time management, and communication skills; proficient computer skills for reporting and documentation.
