Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Sales and Marketing Tools, including MonieCRM and the platform capabilities spanning onboarding, network management, pipeline/portfolio, performance, and goals.
  • •Modernise and re-architect legacy systems to improve reliability and performance for 20M+ user scale.
  • •Ensure financial correctness across commissions, cashouts, wallets, and ledger-like domains where money movement is core to the engineering requirement.
  • •Lead a high-performing engineering organisation by managing and developing managers and senior engineers.
  • •Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver dependable tooling for a rapidly growing sales network across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • •5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising engineer.
  • •At least 5 years managing managers, leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders.
  • •Proven platform engineering experience building and running complex distributed systems at scale.
  • •Experience navigating legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale.
