Job Summary

Support the Growth Operations Leader Pacific by implementing a sales enablement framework across Australia and New Zealand. Partner with Sales Operations & Enablement and Bid Management to maintain revenue, pipeline, and forecast data, improve reporting accuracy, and help guide priorities and resourcing. Manage key sales tools and provide day-to-day support for Aon Connect (Oracle CRM), while coordinating client and marketing activities and supporting feedback initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of a sales enablement framework across Australia and New Zealand.
•Maintain key data and reports for revenue, pipeline, and forecasts to support operational excellence and smarter decisions.
•Support the bid pipeline by pulling reporting to guide priorities and resourcing.
•Check and maintain data accuracy across systems, spotting and fixing inconsistencies.
•Provide day-to-day support for Aon Connect (Oracle CRM), including basic troubleshooting and user guidance.

Key Requirements

•Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Advanced Excel skills with experience using data, reporting, and dashboards.
•Experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Aon Connect).
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
