Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • •Provide exceptional service to each customer in a proactive and positive way
  • •Be part of On’s community activity and lead the event in the future
  • •Work with Store Leader and team to achieve store targets and retail performance
  • •Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered
  • •Ability to greet customers in English
  • •Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • •Entrepreneurial and team spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills
