Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts supporting IT, applications, digital, consulting, and AI services sales and delivery.
  • •Advise business clients on terms, risks, and key issues in complex outsourcing relationships (scope, SLAs, pricing, IP, benchmarking, termination).
  • •Assist in developing resolutions for customer/business disputes.
  • •Enforce compliance with corporate policies and partner with internal and global stakeholders.
  • •Support employment law and corporate governance matters as needed, including employment law support and executive briefings/escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,025 - 250,735 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably including some law firm experience.
  • •At least 3 years drafting and negotiating complex IT services agreements, including leading or second-chairing outsourcing negotiations.
  • •Ability to exercise independent judgment and interact with senior business executives.
  • •Knowledge of the market for complex IT services.
  • •Strong written and verbal communications skills (English) with flexibility across evolving stakeholders.
