Key Responsibilities

•Own deep account-level Ads & Promotions strategy for top Enterprise merchants, building merchant-specific plans across product, measurement, and relationships that move their advertising investment rates.
•Serve as the Ads & Promotions DRI for MSAs and other long-term contractual negotiations, sizing the impact of advertising components and setting guardrails to ensure long-term success.
•Model cross-functional tradeoffs and present a defensible point of view to senior leadership.
•Stand up processes and tools to convert notes, feedback, and data into a living corpus that informs strategy and input to the product roadmap.
•Represent Enterprise merchants' needs to influence the Product roadmap for high-value, complex use cases across advertiser experience, measurement, credits, and franchise

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, commercial strategy, management consulting, or related field, with a track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end.
•Experience owning strategy for large, sophisticated customers or partners and building credible, account-specific points of view.
•Comfortable in or adjacent to commercial negotiations (MSAs, upfront agreements, pricing, partnerships) and able to hold ground against competing incentives.
•Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills; ability to self-serve data (SQL/Excel) and defend conclusions to executives.
•Advertising, ad-tech, retail-media, or restaurant/ marketplace experience is preferred
