Job Summary

Provide executive leadership for the Managed Services portfolio, setting vision, strategy, and delivery excellence across cloud, modern workplace, security, and infrastructure services. Partner with clients to define strategy, roadmap, and service catalog, and own the operating model, KPIs, and SLA/SLO performance. Lead and develop service managers and technical teams, drive governance, runbooks, automation patterns, and ensure client onboarding, QBRs, escalations, and long-term account health.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide executive leadership for the Managed Services portfolio, owning vision, strategy, delivery, and overall performance across cloud and infrastructure services.
•Partner with clients to define managed services strategy, roadmap, and service catalog across cloud platforms, EUC/Intune, identity, security, and infrastructure.
•Own the managed services operating model, including organizational structure, roles, and service delivery framework.
•Lead and inspire service managers, technical leads, engineers, and support teams to drive operational excellence and consistent achievement of SLAs and SLOs.
•Define and implement KPIs and performance metrics, and drive standardized processes, runbooks, automation patterns, and governance frameworks; oversee onboarding, QBRs, escalations, and customer retention.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years in Modern Workplace/Endpoint/EUC engineering/Azure, including 3–5+ years in technical leadership for production services.
•Deep knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access, including Zero Trust device access patterns and integration with endpoint security tooling.
•Strong ITSM background (Incident/Problem/Change), CAB governance, change risk assessment, and RCA/postmortem leadership.
•Demonstrated SRE mindset with monitoring/alerting, reliability improvements, and automation-driven operational excellence.
•Azure platform operational experience, including governance, RBAC, policy, monitoring, and reliability.
