Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and direct the NBD team, providing direction, motivation, and support while developing team policies and knowledge management practices.
  • •Lead the origination phase for PPP transactions, including market trend analysis, presentations, expressions of interest, market sounding, and statements of qualification.
  • •Guide partner research and technical/financial assessments across co-investors, EPC contractors, and FM/OM partners to support investment feasibility.
  • •Oversee bid preparation and submission through negotiations, award, and commercial/financial closure; coordinate with technical, insurance, financial, legal, and maintenance workstreams.
  • •Oversee in-depth financial analysis for investment opportunities (modeling, valuation, returns, sensitivities/scenarios, and tax/accounting/economic assumptions) and manage due diligence through close.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in business development in the PPP sector, investment banking, private equity or corporate banking.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Certifications in investment management field (e.g., Chartered Financial Analyst).
  • •Deliver transactions throughout their lifecycle from pre-qualification to submission and financial close, leading thorough financial and market analysis to support decision-making.
  • •Experience working in KSA or the Middle East is desirable.
