Job Summary

Lead an IT operations team supporting DISA in the Pentagon by overseeing the Enterprise Management System (EMS) used for network management, discovery, and root-cause analysis. Set team direction, manage resources and capacity using Kanban, coordinate project plans, and serve as liaison to the Branch Chief. Ensure high availability and performance of critical tools such as Identity Service Engine, RSA, LDAP, Ansible/GitLab, InfoBlox, and ClearPass.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct a ten-person operations team supporting EMS for DISA in the Pentagon.
•Oversee resource management, workload balancing, skill allocation, and capacity planning to ensure continuous service availability and timely delivery.
•Develop and manage technical project plans, proposals, reports, and schedules; plan and prioritize new projects and system upgrades.
•Serve as the primary liaison to the Branch Chief and drive communication, alignment, and value creation.
•Manage high availability, configuration, and performance of enterprise tools including ISE, RSA, LDAP, Ansible/GitLab, InfoBlox, ClearPass, CloudVision, AirWave, CyberSecure IMS, CiscoPrime, and JunoSpace.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 184,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active Secret clearance is required.
•PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience.

•2+ years working in system administration, networks, and infrastructure environments, with familiarity with tools such as ISE, RSA, Ansible, and InfoBlox.
