Key Responsibilities

•Lead KPI management and data-driven improvement initiatives across CS operations, ensuring privacy controls and reporting accuracy.
•Plan and coordinate HMI WW UIR activities, ensuring readiness reviews and cost reduction.
•Monitor and drive margin improvements through collaboration with NPI, CS SE, and finance teams.
•Coordinate with Account Sales, Factory and CS to ensure timely customer acceptance and cost recognition while improving operational efficiency.
•Provide overall project management support and cross-functional alignment to meet central CS targets.

Key Requirements

•Master in industry engineering or related field
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
•Strong ownership, responsibility, self-motivation and flexibility for a dynamic work environment
•Detail oriented with a focus on data security and cost control
•Proven ability to drive process improvement, risk analysis and project management
