Key Responsibilities

•Shape the seasonal CORE Womenswear design plan and translate trend direction into a desirable collection aligned to business and category objectives.
•Elevate garments through material, construction, and detail decisions to build functionality and improve product quality and perceived value.
•Execute design within the established franchise and range set-up to maintain a consistent Brand message across the Womenswear line.
•Gather, interpret, and apply market and trend intelligence to stay close to women’s directions, materials, and cultural shifts.
•Travel to factories to finalize prototypes and deliver projects according to the development calendar while keeping design information updated in data systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design or a relevant field of study.
•6-8 years designing apparel for sports & lifestyle brands, ideally womenswear and/or high-volume core ranges.
•Proven ability to evolve a collection through trend-right newness while keeping it commercially desirable.
•Strong material and construction expertise to engineer functionality into fabric, build, and detail.
•Professional working experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
