Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead material and process development, characterization, and system-level integration for Raytheon LO product lines.
  • •Conduct material performance predictions and measurement tests for developmental and production systems.
  • •Perform material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted material performance using CEM tools.
  • •Collaborate in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques into deliverable products and assess system performance.
  • •Prepare engineering documentation and participate in/lead program reviews, with ownership as a materials lead while mentoring early career engineers.

Key Requirements
