Senior Production Coordinator, Mill

Coordinate mill operations execution by developing and communicating the Daily Plan and shift lineouts, ensuring alignment with Weekly Plan objectives and key business outcomes. Lead in-shift variance response through trade-off analysis using production levers, manage bottlenecks and competing priorities, and drive recovery actions. Serve as an interface between mine/mill operations and maintenance, liaise on equipment readiness and break-in maintenance, and provide structured feedback to Integrated Planning to support continuous improvement.
