Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality teaching in Individuals & Societies and Global Politics, adapting instruction to diverse student needs.
  • •Plan and deliver inquiry-based lessons that promote research, debate, collaboration, and evidence-based arguments.
  • •Teach and develop understanding of Global Politics concepts including power, sovereignty, governance, democracy, human rights, development, peace and conflict, global governance, and political participation.
  • •Assess, monitor, record, and report student progress using formative and summative assessment with timely constructive feedback.
  • •Maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive classroom; manage student behaviour fairly and consistently; communicate professionally with parents and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • •Recognised Teaching Qualification/License.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in a recognised school or international school environment preferred.
  • •Experience working with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar inspection authorities preferred.
  • •Outstanding classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge in Individuals & Societies and Global Politics and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
