Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales and achieve targets for Hermès Horloger by preparing strategic account plans and following up product performance.
  • •Analyze performances by point of sale and customers to identify growth levers and coordinate promotional activities in stores.
  • •Build relationships with clients and store staff, acting as the liaison between Stores and Commercial and supporting institutional Hermès local events.
  • •Animate stores and implement education and service strategy, including motivating sales teams and evaluating watch knowledge to set training plans.
  • •Implement watch training aligned with watch strategy, ensuring materials are current and effective, and conducting market analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of applicable business development experience in retail/fashion/watch & jewelry.
  • •Proactive and innovative approach to seize opportunities and bring new ideas.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; able to travel as required.
