Job Summary

Oversee global data center infrastructure operations, maintenance, and emergency response across hyperscale facilities. Provide remote emergency support, coordinate with on-site facility managers and business teams during service disruptions, and manage closed-loop escalation and rectification of O&M risks. Drive rollout and supervision of O&M management systems, unify operational specifications, monitor O&M metrics and run quality audits, and support capability building for data ingestion, data governance, and alarm management.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee global data center infrastructure operations, maintenance, and emergency response, including remote emergency support and coordination during disruptions.
•Escalate and report major risks timely, track rectification progress, and coordinate internal/external resources for closed-loop O&M risk management.
•Implement, roll out, and supervise O&M management systems; unify operational specifications across data centers and guide daily routine work for on-site teams.
•Monitor and analyze regional O&M metrics, conduct quality supervision and process audits, identify operational risks, and optimize workflows and service quality.
•Support capability building for data center infrastructure platforms, including data ingestion, data governance, and alarm management.

Key Requirements

•Over 3 years of working experience in data center infrastructure O&M, including emergency management procedures.
•Strong risk identification capability, including accurate major risk assessment and standardized escalation/reporting with closed-loop awareness.
•Familiarity with data center infrastructure O&M workflows and systems; experience developing large-scale O&M systems is a plus.
•Strong data awareness and O&M quality control, with proficiency in KPI tracking, data analysis, and fault troubleshooting.
•Logical thinking, strong responsibility, and ability to compile/update workflows and technical documents using office and data tools.
