Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform on Twilio, shipping new API surfaces and authentication flows
  • •Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate customer needs into product capabilities and deliver roadmap features
  • •Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams to align architecture, integrate platform capabilities, and unblock initiatives
  • •Author design docs and drive technical decisions, including code review and deep ownership of the systems shipped
  • •Improve production quality and resilience through observability, incident response, and remediation
