(MEP/CSA) Senior Cost Manager (Semi-Con Manufacturing/Industrial)

Oversee cost governance for complex construction, upgrade, and expansion projects in manufacturing and industrial facilities. Lead estimating and cost planning, manage the end-to-end cost management lifecycle (acting as Commission Manager), and produce monthly post-contract cost reports. Drive value engineering and life-cycle costing, implement integrated controls across schedule, cost, risk, and change, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams on commercial and risk management.
