Lead product analytics for the Scalable Growth pod, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve customer acquisition and engagement. You’ll set measurable KPIs, communicate progress against product goals, and own the analytics data strategy and roadmap for scalable decision-making. Manage and develop a team of 5 analysts across Recommend, Organic Growth, and Marketing Platform, driving experiments and insight generation using SQL, Python, and event data tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product/Engineering/Design leads to identify and deliver opportunities, reviewing plans and progress with feedback.
•Create and communicate progress against product goals, ensuring clear KPIs and driving action to accelerate progress.
•Own the Scalable Growth analytics data strategy by defining the roadmap for scalable data and tools.
•Lead, develop, and support a team of 5 analysts through coaching, performance feedback, and capacity planning.
•Design and run experiments to generate reliable insights for product decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 105,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in analytics with 1+ years leading analysts.
•Experience working with product teams to identify opportunities, evaluate impact, and recommend changes or new initiatives.
•Strong analytical skills using SQL and Python, including data modelling (e.g., airflow, dbt) and event data tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
•Hands-on experience designing and running experiments and analyzing results despite limitations like small samples or short test duration.
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
