Job Summary

Educate customers, operations, and business development on a Product Service Line’s technology and services portfolio, using deep knowledge of sub-PSL products and regional technical challenges. Drive delivery execution support, identify technical needs, and provide recommendations for proposal up-sell. Collaborate with PSL and regional teams to capture market opportunities, inform technology priorities, and execute tactical action plans while ensuring compliance with HSE and OE policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Educate customers, operations, and business development on PSL solution features, advantages, and benefits.
•Support delivery execution by identifying customer technical needs and aiding BD through customer interactions and workshops.
•Provide technical recommendations to BD for proposal preparation and solution up-sell.
•Develop local work-area strategic direction by understanding customer business drivers and executing POP Plan up-sell strategies.
•Collaborate with PSL and regional/account/tech teams to identify growth opportunities, provide input to technology priorities, and execute tactical action plans while promoting quality directives and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
•Thorough understanding of the supported sub-PSL’s technology and broad understanding of associated development tools.
•Ability to identify customer technical needs using product knowledge and geographic understanding of challenges.
•Ensure completion or workover operations are performed consistently in compliance with all HSE and OE policies and best practices.

Experience:5+ yearsEnergy services
