Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including ownership of externally driven products or integrations.
  • •2+ years in web3/crypto with demonstrated fluency in DeFi concepts, market structure, and RWA and stablecoin trends.
  • •Working knowledge of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, consensus models, L1/L2 ecosystems, and common integration patterns.
  • •Strong customer research skills using qualitative and quantitative methods, turning insights into clear product decisions.
  • •Solid analytics skills to define success metrics and use data (including dashboards) to guide iteration.
