Job Summary

Prepare and assist in baking pastries, desserts, breads, and other pastry items for One&Only The Palm. Support the Pastry Chef de Partie and senior pastry team with daily production, mise-en-place, stock monitoring, FIFO storage, and quality checks. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workstation while following food safety regulations and HACCP standards. Help with seasonal promotions, banquets, events, and kitchen training to deliver an exceptional guest culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and assist in baking pastries, desserts, breads, and other pastry items according to established recipes and standards.
•Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of pastry products.

•Prepare seasonal desserts, special promotions, and menu items.
•Maintain hygiene and follow food safety regulations, including HACCP standards, while supporting inventory and banquet/event production.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
•Basic knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation.
•Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
•English proficiency required (additional language skills are an advantage).
