Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the RPA and Intelligent Automation team to achieve operational success and guide the team toward the right direction.
  • •Act as a hands-on technical expert: coach UiPath best practices (REFramework, Orchestrator deployment) and design/build complex automation processes when required.
  • •Define automation product strategy, set objectives, and design the Intelligent Automation service roadmap.
  • •Drive adoption of advanced AI/ML capabilities within the UiPath ecosystem to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations and team performance: resource planning, bot utilization/maintenance, development velocity, coaching/mentoring, and recruitment support.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in RPA, automation, and software engineering, with graduate/post-graduate education.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience developing, architecting, and deploying enterprise solutions using UiPath.
  • •Proven experience managing teams of 10+ engineers, including talent development and performance/workload optimization.
  • •Strong proficiency in service delivery management, agile project management, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Deep AI experience within UiPath (UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Action Center) and integrating generative AI/LLMs into automation workflows.
