Job Summary

Lead day-to-day programming for the L/S Equity Analyst Development program, partnering with the Head of Analyst Development to drive an investor learning platform and career management. Build relationships across the analyst bench, develop and execute the PM/Analyst teach-in and best-practice content pipeline, and maintain centralized training resources. Support analyst evaluation and development planning by managing reviews, tracking progress, and synthesizing feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day engagement and programming for L/S Equity Analyst Development, focusing on the investor learning platform and career management.
•Build relationships across the analyst bench and maintain regular touchpoints on career paths, development opportunities, and team dynamics.
•Develop and execute the PM and Analyst teach-in and best-practice pipeline, including sourcing topics and speakers and collaborating on content.
•Create and maintain development and training content and resources to build the centralized investor learning platform.
•Support analyst evaluation, promotion, and development planning by managing the review process, tracking progress, and synthesizing feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of the fundamental equity research process.
•Preferably 5+ years of relevant L/S Equity or management experience.
•Strong communication skills and demonstrated judgment.
•Strong organizational and program-management capabilities.
•Collaborative self-starter with a strong work ethic and high personal standards.
