Key Responsibilities

•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth, including loan production and deposits.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact, recommending appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.
•Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality by tracking market trends and risk indicators, coordinating with underwriting and portfolio management teams to support effective client outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Register with National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and comply with ongoing legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•3–4 years of experience in relationship banking (typically) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Use expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills to deliver comprehensive solutions to small business clients.
•Demonstrate advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and strong product knowledge across lending and core banking products.
•Maintain compliance with U.S. Bank Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements.
