Key Responsibilities

  • •Support assigned complex accounting, reporting, and/or oversight activities for medium-complexity fund products, including evaluating third-party deliverables for accuracy and conformity to firm policies.
  • •Review quarterly and monthly NAVs and related deliverables prepared by third-party fund administrators.
  • •Review capital calls, distributions, expense allocations, management fee calculations, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting packages.
  • •Work with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders to support fund accounting, capital activity, investor reporting, and ongoing fund operations.
  • •Provide technical advice on accounting and reporting guidance, including oversight controls, compliance requirements, and governance committee support across the fund lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or related field).

  • •Experience at an alternative fund administrator or CPA firm working on private equity funds strongly preferred.
