Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including data centre cooling solutions.
  • •Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and cooling towers.
  • •Carry out diagnostics, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance optimization for HVAC and data centre cooling systems.
  • •Lead and supervise technicians or subcontractors to ensure timely, quality completion of tasks.
  • •Coordinate with data centre customers, vendors, and contractors; ensure all work meets EHS and internal quality requirements, including urgent/unplanned maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably supporting data centre operations or mission-critical cooling systems.
  • •Strong technical expertise in chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, HVAC system controls, and cooling optimization.
  • •Experience engaging with data centre customers and managing expectations in a high-demand environment.
  • •Based in Johor Bahru and able to support regional operations as needed; willing to work long hours/after-hours as required.
