Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate sales by optimizing sales return and supporting promotions as per the selling plan and Section Manager.
  • •Provide high standards of customer service following the M&S Way principles.
  • •Ensure optimum use of space through merchandise group policies and coordinate promotional item display with Visual Merchandising and Buying.
  • •Maintain operational efficiency by planning staff resources, following SOPs, and adhering to housekeeping checklist standards.
  • •Handle cash till activities, including cash/credit card payments, refunds/exchanges, gift cards/Blue Rewards, and store opening/closing procedures.
