Key Responsibilities

•Provide specialist commercial management advice and guidance to our public sector client, including managing the project budget, producing and presenting financial reports, and offering timely commercial advice.
•Control changes in line with contract framework requirements, tracking and documenting changes, administering early warning provisions and negotiating contractual changes.
•Contribute to the defense of contract claims and review financial information.
•Manage communication between Turner & Townsend and the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
•Mentor and support the professional growth of junior colleagues and contribute to business management and operations objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years post-graduate experience in Commercial/Contract Management within Real Estate.
•A degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Commercial Management (equivalency accepted if obtained outside Canada).
•Professional accreditations such as PQS/CEC, MRICS or equivalent.
•Cost management experience on Real Estate projects exceeding $100M.
•Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance (Reliability level minimum).
