Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Customer Success Managers to support customer success and operational excellence.
  • •Prepare demonstrations, presentations, and videos for customer meetings and workshops to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • •Develop and edit digital content (videos, landing pages, presentation materials) for sales and enablement efforts.
  • •Support best practices development and process optimization by identifying and initiating measures to improve operations.
  • •Assist with reporting, onboarding new tools, administrative tasks, and coordinate customer meetings and implementation activities.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and remaining enrolled for at least 12 more months.
  • •Field of study in business processes and/or technologies (any discipline considered if motivated).
  • •Background in finance, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus.
  • •Trustworthy, reliable, and able to take ownership of assigned projects.
  • •Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) and strong computer skills (especially MS Office).
