Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the entire housekeeping function in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, under the Director of Rooms and Executive Housekeeper direction.
  • •Ensure timely reporting and provide tools for Housekeeping team members to execute daily tasks.
  • •Distribute work assignments, follow up on task quality and efficiency, and assist with performance appraisals.
  • •Maintain linen stock levels and condition standards; ensure operating inventories are accurate and ordering is timely.
  • •Oversee VIP room checks for morning and turndown service, handle VIP special requirements, and coordinate maintenance/security follow-ups.

Key Requirements
