Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records
  • •Conduct construction layout, make and check engineering computations, and perform field tests
  • •Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements
  • •Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning, and track quality assurance progress
  • •Provide input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers and provide on-the-job training to new employees

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80 - 90 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 10 years of related experience performing inspections on bridge and/or roadway construction projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices (must pass Motor Vehicle Records review)
  • •NICET certification Level 3 (or ability to obtain required level)
  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in a relevant field
  • •Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
