Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor a team of global supply chain professionals focused on interior cockpit components.
  • •Establish and manage global supply chain strategy for assigned commodities, aligning with team and company priorities.
  • •Create RFQs, analyze supplier quotations, and develop sourcing recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical factors.
  • •Negotiate supplier contracts covering parts pricing, tooling costs, and Engineering Services (NRE/EDT); release parts into production and issue POs for prototype/production parts and tooling.
  • •Collaborate across Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify suppliers, support development/industrialization phases, manage supplier development timelines, and drive resolutions to delays or commercial issues; travel 15-25% for supplier business and program reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 8 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, contract manufacturing, or engineering experience on relevant commodities.
  • •Experience launching products from design concept to production.
  • •Knowledge of quality principles, product development processes, and data analysis.
  • •Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent written/verbal communication and organizational/program management ability.
