Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an active member of the Equatorial Guinea Leadership Team and contribute to workforce strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term asset planning.
  • •Lead the in-country Supply Chain organization, accountable for logistics, materials management, procurement, contracts, and overall supply chain performance.
  • •Assess organizational capability and strengthen leadership capacity by coaching and developing local leaders, building a succession pipeline.
  • •Drive supply chain reliability improvements, procurement effectiveness, logistics performance, contract management, and materials management to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • •Establish standard processes, performance measures, governance, and discipline; build a business readiness roadmap to support future drilling, development, exploration, expansion, and investment activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • •10+ years of experience leading supply chain organizations in energy/industrial/manufacturing/mining/chemicals or similarly complex environments.
  • •Demonstrated leadership across procurement, contracts, logistics, materials management, and operations support.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop teams through organizational change, performance improvement, or business transformation.
  • •Experience partnering with Operations and business leadership to improve performance, solve complex challenges, and drive cross-functional alignment.
