  • •Ensure strict adherence to safety standards; promote safety culture, identify/mitigate risks, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions.
  • •Ensure production output meets quality standards; support containment/resolution of quality issues with Quality teams and enforce process discipline to prevent defects.
  • •Monitor and report production KPIs, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting production performance and readiness.
